Which products can be returned
According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," you can return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) calendar days (excluding the day of purchase) from the moment of receiving it at the company's warehouse or at a "Nova Poshta" branch.
Only new products that have not been used or put into operation can be returned, provided that:
- Their commercial appearance and consumer properties are preserved;
- No signs of use or contamination;
- Seals, tags, labels, and protective films are intact;
- Factory markings are preserved;
- All parts of the original (factory) packaging are intact and undamaged.
Products that cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Thermal underwear;
- Stockings and socks;
- Personal hygiene items;
- Medical products;
- Earmuffs.
Return procedure
To return a product, you must:
- Notify the seller about your intention to return the product. You can contact us by phone: (066) 557-70-77, via any convenient messenger, or by email: kiborg.com.ua@gmail.com;
- Provide a detailed description of the problem or defects;
- Provide proof of purchase ⃰ (sales receipt or electronic fiscal receipt, delivery note in case of delivery purchase).
Do not send the product before the return is approved.
Return methods
Returns are made via the "Nova Poshta" delivery service.
 If the returned product is of proper quality and in complete condition, the shipping cost is paid by the sender.
 If the return is due to the seller's fault, the shipping cost is paid by the recipient.
When sending a return package, always indicate its declared value equal to the total value of all returned products listed in the receipt. In case of loss or damage to the package, compensation will be paid within the amount of the declared value.
If you send the package with cash-on-delivery, the seller cannot receive it, and the product will be returned to you without a refund.

Refund procedure
To receive a refund, the customer must send all necessary bank details to the email kiborg.com.ua@gmail.com or via Viber at (066) 557-70-77, including:
- Bank name;
- Bank MFO;
- Full name of the recipient;
- IBAN;
- Recipient’s account number;
- Card currency;
- Recipient’s tax identification number.
Refund timeframe:
Funds are returned within 1-3 business days from the moment the seller receives the returned product.
The refund period may be extended if:
- The buyer did not provide all components or accompanying documents;
- The reasons for the return require verification (e.g., defects, confirmation of their cause, or whether the product is non-returnable);
- The product was lost/damaged by the delivery service;
- The buyer did not provide bank details for the refund.
Warranty
The product warranty is provided by the manufacturer for a period of 14 days to 12 months.
 The warranty period depends on the product category and is specified on the product page.
 If not specified, the product has no warranty.
