Bank Card

Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted for payment when placing an order.

The collection, storage, and processing of bank card data obtained in this way is carried out exclusively by the payment service "WayForPay" (LLC "Financial Company 'WAY FOR PAY'"), acting on the basis of the NBU License for the provision of financial

payment services (funds transfer without opening accounts) dated June 8, 2023 No 21/1064-rk.

Neither the online store administrator nor other customers have access to bank card data.


For the provision of the funds transfer service, the payer may pay a commission

fee (commission) during the transfer. Information about commissions and other payments is brought to the payer's attention before the start of the funds transfer operation by indicating it in the screen form of the WAYFORPAY service.

Cash on Delivery

This payment method is available:

When receiving the goods at Nova Poshta delivery points in cash or by bank card;

when delivering by Nova Poshta courier in cash or by bank card;
when picking up the goods from our pickup point in cash.


Please note!
The maximum order amount for cash on delivery is 49,999.99 UAH.
If the goods are delivered with cash on delivery, you also pay a commission for funds transfer according to Nova Poshta rates - 20 UAH + 2% of the transfer amount and commission from the declared value: up to 500 UAH included in the rate, over 500 UAH: 0.5%;

The commission for funds transfer is withheld by the financial company that provides money transfers for Nova Poshta. Our store does not receive or refund the funds transfer commission.

 

Delivery by Nova Poshta Service

Delivery is carried out throughout the territory of Ukraine, except for the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

Available delivery methods and costs:

  • to the branch - from 80 UAH.
  • to the parcel machine - from 70 UAH.
  • courier delivery - from 130 UAH.

Estimated delivery time - from 2 to 5 calendar days.
Storage period of the parcel at the branches - 7 calendar days.

For storage beyond the established period, the delivery service may charge a storage fee, notifying the buyer independently.

 

ATTENTION!

Minimum order amount is 200 UAH.

Please note that goods may be shipped from different warehouses.

Shipping of all "Camouflage Nets" category products is done with a 20% prepayment of the order amount.

Shipping of goods worth 5000 UAH and more is done with a 15% prepayment of the order amount.

Shipping of imported goods (not our own production) is done with a 20% prepayment of the order amount.

In case of a warranty case, all transportation costs for the defective goods using carrier companies are paid by the store.

In case of return of goods within 14 days, all transportation costs for the goods are paid by the buyer!

For orders from 10,000 UAH (including cash on delivery) free delivery!


Shipping Time

Orders placed from Monday to Friday until 17:00 are transferred to the Nova Poshta branch for shipping on the same day (provided that the manager confirms the availability of the goods). Orders placed after 17:00 are transferred to the Nova Poshta branch for shipping on the next business day.

The delivery service starts from the moment of goods shipment. If you canceled the order after the goods were shipped, did not pick it up, refused it, or returned the received goods to the seller, the delivery fee is not refunded.


Order Pickup and Inspection

To receive the order at the branch or from the courier, you must have an identity document with you. The recipient's data must match the data specified when placing the order.

When receiving the order, you have the right and obligation to fully check the integrity of the goods, absence of defects, completeness, appearance, and compliance with the order. Including if the delivery is made by courier.

If you did not check the goods at the branch or in the presence of the courier upon receipt and subsequently decide to return it, referring to external damage and defects*, incomplete kit, mismatch, or other shortcomings where it is impossible to establish the cause and moment of occurrence, the return of the goods may be denied.
