PGD-LW+ NIJ Level 3 Stand Alone Ballistic Plate
The PGD-LW+ NIJ Level 3 Stand Alone ballistic plate provides reliable protection against small arms, including bullets of the following calibers:
- 7.62x51 NATO (M80)
- 7.62x39 MSC (AK-47)
Made of high-quality polyethylene (HPPE) from Honeywell and Dyneema, which combines lightness and resistance to multiple hits.
Features:
- "Stand Alone" protection – does not require additional soft padding.
- Lightweight construction – weight 1.5 kg (size 250×300 mm).
- Thickness – 28 mm, which provides optimal balance between protection and comfort.
- Coating – water-repellent Cordura layer that protects the plate from water, oils and similar liquids.
- SAPI shape – multi-curved construction for maximum comfort while wearing.
