The Opticron Imagic IS binoculars provide clear, stable image transmission thanks to a two-axis electromechanical stabilization system. This is one of the most compact binoculars among similar models, providing a powerful magnification of up to 14 times.

The ability to view the smallest details at great distances and without a tripod or any other support makes it possible to use these binoculars for a quick inspection of the technical condition of engineering structures, for observations of fast-moving objects, as well as for long-term observations. The image stabilization system captures and stabilizes the slightest movements from hand tremors to a rapid change in the direction of observation.

High-quality optics provide an equally clear image simultaneously across the entire field of view with virtually no geometric distortions with natural color reproduction. This is primarily facilitated by the multilayer illumination of all optical surfaces, phase correction of the light flux passing through the prisms, and the highly reflective dielectric coating of the prisms.

The dielectric coating of the prisms Oasis Prism Coating — is a proprietary 64-layer coating that is applied to the reflective surface of each Roof prism. Compared to cheaper silver coating (Ag coating) or budget aluminum coating (Al coating), it provides more than 99% reflection of light from the surface in a wider spectrum, which provides a noticeable increase in brightness and clarity.

The protective finish of the binoculars is made of polymer rubber (NBR), which is a durable material that can maintain its properties in a wide range of temperatures. The binoculars cannot be submerged in water, but they have sufficient protection against moisture to avoid damage when used in rain or snow.

The stabilization system uses the most common inexpensive AAA batteries or accumulators as power supply, the charge of which is enough for 12 hours of continuous operation. The energy-saving system automatically detects when the binoculars are not in use and turns off the power after 5 minutes.

Each Opticron Imagic IS binocular has its own serial number, which allows for better quality control.
