Ultimate Class 5 Armor Plates (NVMPE + B₄C) – the maximum level of protection!
Ultimate Class 5 Armor Plates – is a combination of advanced materials that provide the optimal balance between weight and strength. Thanks to the use of boron carbide (B₄C), these plates effectively resist armor-piercing threats, in particular 7.62×39 mm BZ and 7.62×54 mm LPS.

- Protection class: 5 according to DSTU 8782:2018
- Plate thickness: 22-23 mm
Protection against damage:
- 7.62×39 mm BZ (750±15 m/s)
- 7.62×54 mm LPS (850±15 m/s)
Materials:
- 1 layer – foamed polyethylene for energy absorption
- 2nd layer – ceramics (boron carbide B₄C) for impact energy dissipation
- 3rd layer – HVMPE (high molecular weight polyethylene) for final bullet stopping
- 4th layer – foamed polyethylene to minimize traumatic effects
- Outer coating – Oxford, providing additional protection against wear and moisture
Depth of unobstructed deformation:
- 7.62×39 mm BZ – up to 20 mm
- 7.62×54 mm LPS – up to 23 mm
Shape: Anatomical (bending in two planes) – comfortable fit for increased mobility
