Bronyx 6 protection class armor plates are designed for the maximum level of protection and are capable of withstanding multiple hits from 7.62x54 mm armor-piercing bullets, including armor-piercing incendiary bullets (B-32 and 7B3-323). They provide protection against all lower weapon classes according to DSTU 8782:2018, as well as against fragments, ricochets and shrapnel.

The armor plates are made of a combination of a ceramic layer of silicon carbide (SiC) and a substrate of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (ULMPE).

• Ceramic (SiC) breaks down and neutralizes penetrating bullet elements, such as armor-piercing cores.
• The ULMPE substrate absorbs residual energy, preventing bullet residue from penetrating and evenly distributing the impact load.

Bronyx 6 class plates are offered in two sizes:

• M (250×300 mm) — weight 2.9 kg, chest circumference up to 110 cm, fits most standard plate carriers.
• L (260x330 mm) — weight 3.25 kg, chest circumference 111-118 cm, designed for plate carriers L/XL.

Shooter's Cut shape with beveled corners provides ease of hand movement and mobility.

Anatomical bend R400 (radius 400 mm) improves fit to the body, which increases comfort during prolonged wear.

Operating recommendations: to avoid over-the-counter deformation (impact force on the chest), it is recommended to use a damper between the plate and the body if the body armor does not have a built-in damping lining.
