Titanium-ceramic armor plates "Hyperion" 6th protection class
Armor plates "Hyperion" - this is reliable protection for assault units and combat operations at close ranges. Manufactured using modern technology, they ensure maximum safety for the soldier even during intense shelling.
Main advantages:
- Withstand up to 10 hits of armor-piercing bullets B-32 (7.62×54R cartridge) from PKM machine guns, SVD and «Mosin» rifles from a distance of 10 meters.
- Protection against armor-piercing trauma. The plate deformation does not exceed 15 mm, which is much safer than NATO standards (where up to 44 mm is allowed).
- Reinforced anti-fragmentation layer. Prevents plate destruction upon impact and protects against fragments, eliminating the ricochet of bullet fragments.
- Resistance to extreme conditions. Retains characteristics at temperatures from -40°C to +60°C, as well as at getting wet.
- Extended protection. After the ceramic layer is destroyed, the plate retains the protective properties of the 2nd level.
Multihit protection:
- Withstands a B-32 hit from a Mosin rifle from 10 meters.
- Ensures integrity when hit by a bullet 1 cm from the edge plates.
- Resistant to multiple hits with a gap of 3 cm between shots.
Warranty – 10 years.
