UA Titanium-ceramic armor plates "Hyperion" 6th protection class
Multihit XL plates from the manufacturer – provide the maximum level of protection, withstanding an automatic queue without armor injury. Guarantee – 10 years.
Main advantages:
- Withstand up to 10 hits of armor-piercing bullets B-32 (7.62×54R) from PKM, SVD and Mosin rifles from 10 m.
- Protection against armor-piercing trauma. Plate deformation – no more than 15 mm (according to the NATO standard, up to 44 mm is allowed).
- Anti-fragmentation layer. Prevents destruction from impacts and fragments, eliminates ricochet of bullet fragments.
- Resistance to extreme conditions: temperatures from -40°C to +60°C, humidity.
- Preservation of protective properties. After the destruction of the ceramic layer, the plate continues to protect at the level of 2nd class.
Multihit – withstands:
- Hitting the B-32 with a «Mosin» rifle from 10 m.
- Hit 1 cm from the edge of the plate.
- Hit by several bullets with an interval of 3 cm.
After the evacuation of the plant from Kharkiv, the outer decorative shell is no longer produced. The inscriptions and markings are applied to white anti-fragmentation ballistic fabric.
