The kit consists of:

• Body armor Kiborg Modular X-1 (M, coyote)
• Militex Ballistic Pack (Back/Chest) — M (54.7×42.1 / 35.7×37.5 cm), Protection Class 2
• Militex ballistic package (2 camber bands) — M (19.4×14.2 cm), 2nd protection class

Features of the bulletproof vest

• Made according to the prototype of US Army combat body armor, with an increased protection area.
• 8 modules: front and back parts, 2 camber bands, 2 shoulder straps, 2 additional bondage parts.
• Anatomical adjustment for height and volume.
• Damping orthopedic inserts for cushioning and ventilation.
• Compatible with additional modules: neck, shoulder, groin, lower back and abdomen protection.
• Use with soft ballistic packs (class 1–2), plates (M–XL) or a combination.
• Prepared for heavy loads and long-term wear.

Materials

• Cordura 1000D (330 g/m²) with NIR impregnation is less visible in PNB.
• Double polyurethane coating: water-repellent, oil-resistant and fire-resistant.
• Spirit 3D mesh — durability, cushioning, ventilation.
• 2M fittings (Italy).
• Velcro - 100% nylon.
• Polyamide slings with high melting point.
• Reinforced nylon threads, reinforced zigzag fasteners.

MOLLE system:

• Front panel (5 rows × 8 compartments) for pouches and equipment
• Back with additional MOLLE positions.
Velcro panels: reinforced, with slots for patches and Molle accessories.
• Evacuation handle: reinforced and fixed with Velcro.
• Damping pads: 18 segments for ventilation and cushioning.
• Straps: replaceable pads, possibility of integrating protection, double fixation with a valve.
• Camberbands: with pockets for ballistic bags, size adjustment, damping inserts.
• Quick-release: convenient location for the butt of the weapon, protected by slats.
• Double pockets: for plates and ballistic bags of various sizes.

Ballistic packages are soft, flexible and lightweight panels of various shapes that reliably protect against pistol bullets, small fragments and secondary impact elements (concrete fragments, glass, etc.).

Material for making Militex bags:

• Ultra-high molecular weight high density polyethylene (UHMWPE). Please note that we do not use additional dampers in class 2 bags, only polyethylene, which ensures high quality and reliability of the product.
• Cover made of high-quality waterproof fabric - 100% nylon 170g/m2 with thermoplastic polyurethane coating; Edge sealing - ultrasound, which firmly holds the edges of the armor package and ensures its reliability and quality. Ultrasound creates high-frequency vibrations that cause heating and melting of the material at the point of contact, forming a strong connection. A tight connection is ensured, which is important for products that must be waterproof or airtight.

Production features:

• Precise laser cutting of ballistic materials with edge sealing;
• Ultrasonic sealing of the cover;
• Possibility of manufacturing packages in individual sizes;
• There is a Ukrainian test certificate, a copy of which is included in each parcel.

A sample of a soft ballistic package withstood a shot with a 7.62×25 mm bullet with a steel non-heat-strengthened core in a steel jacket clad with tompak, a pistol cartridge 57-N-134s (TT pistol) in accordance with the requirements of Table 1, Clause 6.1.2 (under normal operating conditions), 7.1.1 of DSTU 8782:2018 “Personal protective equipment. Body armor. Classification. General technical conditions. Change number 1” for protection class 2. *Class 2 refers to the equivalent in composition, which is tested on standard laboratory samples 400x400, therefore, the extra-barrier injury may differ depending on the size and shape of the ballistic package.
