Militex body armor with ballistic protection class 1 cordura USA Multicam - Militex Modular X-1 body armor with an increased protection area is designed according to the prototype of the US Army combat body armor. The set consists of eight modules: front and back parts, two camber bands, two shoulder straps and additional bondage (two parts).

The vest has convenient height and size adjustment, orthopedic inserts on the back and front. Additional fasteners are provided to protect the neck, shoulders, intestines, lower back and groin. A belt (bondage), which can be purchased additionally in the kit, will add convenience and comfort when wearing.
The Militex vest can be used with the required type of protection depending on the combat mission:
- with soft ballistic packages of 1st or 2nd protection class that cover almost the entire torso area;
- with armor plates ranging in size from Medium 31.8x24.1cm to Extra Large 35.5x28cm;
- with soft ballistic packages (chest + back + 2 side camber bands) and armor plates at the same time!

Every detail, every element of this body armor is designed by our designers to provide maximum protection, convenience and reliability. Materials: main fabric cordura USA Multicam 1000D 380g/m² with NIR impregnation , which makes the product less visible in night vision devices. Has a double polyurethane coating to protect against moisture and lubricants, does not support combustion, does not wear out, does not fade in the sun, retains its properties for a long time in extreme operating conditions. wear-resistant tactical 3D mesh Spirit made of nylon threads, which combines shock-absorbing properties, high strength and durability;
- original Korean WJ (Woojin Plastic) fittings;
- velcro (velcro) - 100% nylon;
- polyamide slings that do not stretch and have a high melting point;
- reinforced nylon threads.
The main design feature of the Militex development is the increased protection surface compared to analogues, which, together with ballistic packages, provides the maximum area of anti-fragmentation protection.
The front of the body armor cover is equipped with an enlarged Molle panel with five straps in height and 8 slots wide, which allows you to place four pouches for one or two magazines at once. A reinforced Velcro panel with slots in the upper part will allow you to place not only your favorite patches, but also Molle-compatible equipment, such as an administrative pouch or a phone mount.
The back of the body armor also has an increased number of MOLLE positions for attaching more additional equipment. The wide, dense evacuation handle, based on military recommendations, has been reinforced with special fasteners and is fixed to the plate carrier with Velcro.
On the inside, our designers have developed specially shaped inserts (damper pads) made of 18 parts, lined with reinforced 3D Spirit mesh, across the entire chest and back area, providing cushioning and excellent air circulation.
Anyone who has used a body armor for a long time knows that soft straps wear out over time, so we designed our anatomical straps in such a way that you can change the soft pads inside, install ballistic protection in them, or completely replace them over time.
The straps have a double height adjustment lock, which is protected by a flap with additional MOLLE for attaching pouches for a walkie-talkie or a turnstile. The straps also have mounts for protecting the neck and shoulders. The removable camber bands have pockets for ballistic bags. In the middle of them is a lock-lock for step-by-step size adjustment, which is closed by a soft cushion-damper with 3D mesh.
Structurally, the upper quick-releases are placed closer to the shoulder, which frees up more space for the butt. The side quick-release modules of the camberband are partially hidden under the protective bar. In the middle, the vest has two separate pockets for a plate and a ballistic bag, you can use plates of any size thanks to convenient adjustment using straps.
All important parts of the plate carrier and the MOLLE interface are reinforced with special zigzag fasteners, which guarantees strength and reliability.
Additionally, you can purchase a belt (bondage) that consists of 2 parts. The belt has an elastic band-compensator protected by a cover, and is attached to the vest with Velcro.
Ballistic packages are soft, flexible and lightweight panels of various shapes that reliably protect against pistol bullets, small fragments and secondary impact elements (concrete fragments, glass, etc.).Material for making Militex bags:
- Ultra-high-density polyethylene (UHMWPE), which is considered the best choice for manufacturing ballistic protection and is characterized by the most stable quality;
- Synthetic non-woven material (Kevlar) as an additional damper that reduces extra-obstructive trauma;
- Cover made of high-quality waterproof fabric - 100% nylon 170g/m2 with thermoplastic polyurethane coating. Sealing - ultrasound, which firmly holds the edges of the armor package and ensures its reliability and quality.
Production features:
- Precise laser cutting of ballistic materials with edge sealing;
- Ultrasonic sealing of the cover;
- Possibility of manufacturing packages in individual sizes;
- Test certificate available.
The MILITEX armor package withstood the shots:
- a pistol bullet of caliber 9x18 mm (velocity 341±1 m/s) with a spherical head with a steel non-heat-strengthened core in a steel jacket, clad with tompak, cartridge 57-N-181s (Makarov pistol);
- with a 9x19 mm Luger bullet (velocity 401±1 m/s) in an all-metal shell made of copper alloy with a hemispherical nose part with a soft (lead) core in accordance with the requirements of clause 6.1.2. (under normal operating conditions), clause 7.1.1, table 1 of DSTU 8782:2018 “Personal protective equipment. Body armor.”, for protection class 1; maximum depth of unobstructed deformation – 20.0 mm.
We also test our Class 1 ballistic packages according to international NATO STANAG V-50 standards, where the penetration rate is exactly +-606.6 m/s.
In addition to bullets and fragments specified in DSTU and STANAG, it protects against small fragments and secondary impact elements.
*Class 1 refers to the equivalent in composition tested on standard 500x500mm laboratory samples, therefore the extra-barrier injury may vary depending on the size and shape of the ballistic package.
