In addition, the helmet is equipped with a two-layer shock absorption system, which minimizes the risk of injuries. In addition, its design allows for easy installation of additional equipment, ensuring comfort and safety in any situation.
The FAST helmet series is distinguished by a characteristic shell shape with large side cutouts for the ears. By reducing the area of protection of the side projections of the helmet, it became possible to: strengthen the protection of the posterior occipital bone, optimize the distribution to ensure the stability of the helmet and its integration with helmet equipment.
The helmet is compatible with masks and goggles, PNB, various radio headsets, gas masks and respirators. Velсro panels are symmetrically located on its outer surface. Velcro is designed to secure the camouflage cover.
Protection class 3A NIJ (1st class DSTU 8835:2019). The helmet also protects against head injuries when falling and when struck by a blunt object.

Матеріал РЕ:
- краще поглинає енергію кулі, особливо при зупинці уламків та пістолетних калібрів
- легший за кевлар на 20–30 %
- не боїться води, корозії, більш стійкий до ультрафіолету
Матеріал Кевлар:
- дуже добре працює при багатошаровому плетенні для зупинки куль, особливо при підвищених температурах.
- міцний, але важчий
- поглинає вологу, при довгому контакті з сонцем втрачає частину міцності
