Tactical hemostatic tourniquet VinSave - a highly effective solution for stopping various types of bleeding in the lower and upper extremities. This type of tourniquet is the choice of most armies in the world, state and private military defense structures of European countries. The conformity assessment was carried out in accordance with TU U 21.2-285419214-001:2022 dated 06/17/2022 for medical devices. This tourniquet is part of the equipment of the first aid kit, R1 rescue kits and tactical medicine.
The tactical tourniquet is designed to stop severe bleeding in case of injuries or amputations of the extremities. Its design allows you to put on and tighten the bandage with one hand on each limb. In addition, the tourniquet is equipped with a closure system to prevent accidental unfastening as a result of the tape catching on environmental elements. There is a place to record the application of the tourniquet.
How to use?
The hemostatic tourniquet must be applied above the bleeding site. The strap should then be pulled through the clamp until it stops, securing its free end with a clasp. The fixing rod must be rotated until the bleeding stops. After this, the bracket should be fastened with Velcro and a note should be made about the time of applying the tourniquet.
