Fenix HM60R 2.0 headlamp

Fenix HM60R 2.0 is an updated headlamp with increased light brightness up to 1600 lumens and a beam range of up to 170 m.

The model has 3 types of emitters:

• Cool white Luminus SST40-GEN2 for far-reaching directional light (6000–7000K);
• Neutral white Luminus SST20-GEN2 with high CRI for natural color reproduction near (5000K);
• Red OSRAM 2835 for preserving night vision and signaling.

One of the key differences in version 2.0 is the new top slider switch , which allows you to instantly switch between different LEDs, as well as lock the device.

Operating modes and control features

HM60R 2.0 offers 10 modes , divided into 3 groups by lighting type.

Directional beam

• Turbo: 1600 lm - 7223 cd - 3 h 15 min - 170 m;
• High: 600 lm – 2659 cd – 5 h – 103 m;
• Medium: 130 lm – 575 cd – 25 h – 48 m;
• Low: 30 lm – 133 cd – 74 h 30 min – 23 m.

Spotlight

• High: 350 lm - 326 cd - 9 h - 36 m;
• Medium: 70 lm – 45 cd – 25 h – 14 m;
• Low: 5 lm – 3 cd – 292 h – 4 m.

Red modes

• High: 20 lm – 8 cd – 39 h – 6 m;
• Low: 3 lm – 3 cd – 185 h – 3 m;
• Flashing: 3 lm – 370 hours.

Please note! Overheating protection automatically reduces the light brightness in Turbo mode if the temperature of the internal electronics rises to 55°C.

The top switch is responsible for selecting a group, and the side button cycles through the brightness within the selected set of modes.

The flashlight remembers the last mode in each white group so that the next time you turn it on, you can quickly return to the desired brightness.

Power source

One 18650 Li-ion battery is enough for power. The kit includes a branded ARB-L18-4000 4000 mAh cell . As a backup option, the use of two CR123A batteries is allowed.

Charging is via a hidden USB-C port with internal moisture protection. A charge indicator lets you monitor battery status.

Physical parameters

The dimensions of the case are 88 x 45.7 x 45 mm and weigh 173 g including the battery and the headband. The elastic band is perforated for improved ventilation and is complemented by reflective elements.

The shock resistance of the design reaches 2 m, and the IP68 tightness class allows operation in difficult weather conditions. A6061-T6 aluminum with HAIII anodized coating increases wear resistance and is resistant to corrosion.
