Fenix HM23 V2.0 tactical red light headlamp

Fenix HM23 V2.0 is a multi-format flashlight with a perforated headband, complemented by reflective elements.

The combination of one white Luminus SST20 LED and two red 2835 LEDs makes the flashlight relevant not only for everyday use, but also for professional tactical purposes. White light with a brightness of up to 300 lm (color temperature 5900–6500K) provides detailed illumination at a distance of 88 m, and the colored red beam provides soft illumination while preserving night vision.

Operating modes and control features

Fenix HM23 V2.0 works in 5 modes :

• High: 300 lm – 1930 cd – 88 m;
• Medium: 50 lm – 284 cd – 34 m;
• Low: 3 lm – 16 cd – 8 m;
• Red constant: 5 lm – 5 cd – 5 m;
• Red flashing: 5 lm.

Control is via a single side button with a textured surface for easy interaction. There is a memory of the last mode .

For safe transportation, an electronic lock function is provided, which prevents the flashlight from being accidentally turned on.

Power source

The HM23 V2.0 is powered by a single AA battery , which is included. The flashlight is also compatible with the Fenix ARB-L14-U rechargeable battery, size 14500 (1.5 V).

The operating time in the modes depends on the type of battery used. On a AA battery charge, the model shines for up to 100 hours , and on a 14500 battery - up to 90 hours.

The flashlight has reverse polarity protection and a low voltage warning.

Physical parameters

Compact dimensions of 73.6 x 36 x 30 mm and a weight of only 86.3 g including battery make the HM23 V2.0 invisible on the head and comfortable to wear. The aluminum body and polycarbonate lens withstand everyday wear, including a drop from a height of 2 m.

The IP68 tightness class is the maximum level of protection, which makes it possible to use the flashlight in difficult weather conditions.

One of the features of the model is its universal design . You can wear the flashlight on your head or helmet, remove the body from the mount and use it as a handheld flashlight, attach it to your pocket, or fix it to a metal surface thanks to the magnet in the tail .
