The Fenix TK35R flashlight is a super bright representative of tactical models intended for use by police officers, military personnel, rescuers, and representatives of special services.
The device is equipped with emitters of various types and purposes:
- 4 white Luminus SFT25R LEDs that generate a directional beam with a power of 5800 lm and a range of up to 610 m;
- 1 Luminus SST08 diode with UV radiation , relevant for detecting traces of blood and leaks of chemical liquids.
The color temperature of the white beam is in the range of 6500–7500K , which is ideal for detailed illumination of objects even at a long distance.
The guaranteed service life of the emitters is at least 50 thousand hours.
Operating modes and control features
The Fenix TK35R has 8 modes available, divided into 2 groups by lighting type.
Group with white light
- Flash: 5800 lm – 93000 cd – 3 h – 610 m;
- High: 2000 lm – 35000 cd – 3 h 15 min – 370 m;
- Medium: 800 lm – 13300 cd – 4 h – 230 m;
- Low: 350 lm – 5800 cd – 9 h 20 min – 150 m;
- Eco: 30 lm - 500 cd - 105 h - 30 m;
- Strobe: 3000 lm.
UV radiation group
- High: 3 W – 7 h 30 min;
- Low: 1.5 W – 14 hours 30 minutes.
Please note! The operating time in Flash mode is indicated as the sum of the operating time in lower brightness modes. The system switches to them automatically when the flashlight heats up to a critical level and the overheating protection is triggered.
Control is via 2 tail buttons and a FlexiSensa switch for quick light adjustments. Instant access to Flash and Strobe modes allows you to quickly react to the situation at a critical moment.
Power source
For power supply, 2 branded 18650 batteries from the kit with a total capacity of 8000 mAh are used. These are Li-ion batteries that are immune to the "memory effect", have low self-discharge and withstand sharp temperature changes.
The batteries are charged via a USB-C port hidden under a protective latch at the rear of the device. The port supports fast charging, which takes no more than 2 hours.
The control button has a colored indicator to track the amount of charge remaining.
Physical parameters
The Fenix TK35R's flat tail design and non-slip knurling make it easy to hold, especially when wearing tactical gloves. The material is A6061-T6 anodized aluminum , resistant to oxidation, scratches, and drops from a height of 1 m.
The model can be used in any weather thanks to IP68 tightness. The joints are 100% moisture and dustproof, guaranteeing stable operation of the lantern even in case of heavy rainfall and direct water jets.
