The splint for stabilization of pelvic fractures does not allow excessive or insufficient tightening, unlike other bandages, which allow applying unlimited force to the patient.
APPLICATION: Application takes less than one minute: you just need to insert the belt into the buckle, pull the belt and fasten it. The click provides clear feedback to confirm correct application. The sling is fixed in place by means of a Velcro system belt.
