Vidar 2.0 thermal imaging sights are a novelty of 2025 from ThermTec company.
They are compact, equipped with a highly sensitive 12 μm detector with a resolution of 384x288 / 640x512 with 35 mm, 50 mm or bifocal 20/60 mm lenses and a laser rangefinder (L series) with a maximum measuring distance of 1200 m.
This provides a clear image in harsh weather conditions, with poor visibility or in complete darkness.
The function of connecting to the phone allows the user to share objects of observation in real time.
Thermal imagers of the Vidar series are intended for various tasks, including night hunting, wildlife observation, rescue operations, hiking and travel, etc.
