Description of the BRS-107 gas burner:
The BRS-107 burner is efficient in operation and easy to use thanks to a number of technologies that allow you to increase the functionality and combustion power. The model has several operating modes with a power of 1940 to 3240 W and can be used as a classic burner with a closed combustion chamber for cooking standard dishes, as a baking oven or a portable heater with infrared radiation.
The use of a double-layer wire mesh ensures uniform heating of the surface, which retains the accumulated heat for a long time and allows you to save fuel. At maximum power, the boiling time of 1 liter of water is 3 minutes 30 seconds. Butane and propane are suitable as fuels, which are consumed at a rate of 140 g/h.
The burner has a windproof design, which allows you to forget about using additional protective screens. There are a number of small holes on the sides for air supply, and three folding steel racks have many small teeth that prevent dishes from slipping during cooking. The height of the model in the installed position is 90 millimeters, and the diameter reaches 170 millimeters, so the accessory is compatible with most cauldrons intended for tourism. Three metal legs are responsible for the stability of the structure.
The BRS-107 uses two wear-resistant metals as materials: stainless steel and copper, which withstand shocks and mechanical stress, preventing damage to the structure during transportation or falling from a height. These metals are also resistant to oxidation and rust, so the burner can be used in conditions of high humidity and not worry about its performance and appearance in case of contact with acids.
The dimensions of the folded structure are only 90 x 80 millimeters, so it fits easily both in the inner compartment of a hiking backpack and in an external pocket. The weight of the burner is 240 grams.
