The Militex seat pad is the perfect addition to your equipment. Designed for comfortable seating on cold, hard, dirty surfaces while performing tactical missions. It is lightweight and easy to use. It provides reliable protection not only from the cold, but also from debris during shelling, because we have developed a soft ballistic package specifically for this seat.

Main characteristics:

• Cordura® 1000D NYLON Brookwood® MultiCam® Original material is a high-quality fabric with increased wear resistance, resistant to mechanical damage and moisture.
• it is possible to wear it on the belt using a belt made of 100% polyamide sling with WJ fastex;
• You can also fix the seat using special Velcro straps on the Molle system to the plate carrier or the RPS belt;
• for convenient fixation of the belt, an elastic band is sewn into the hidden part (ears) of the caremat;
• the ability to use the armor package of our Militex production;
• reliable Velcro at the bottom of the sleeping mat will securely fix the filling in it during any movements;

The straps and belts use a reliable polyamide sling.

The armor package is installed with one layer of 10 mm Polyfoam foam.

You can buy soft ballistic protection from Militex separately from the seat, or together with it.

Ballistic packages are soft, flexible and lightweight panels of various shapes that reliably protect against pistol bullets, small fragments and secondary impact elements (concrete fragments, glass, etc.).

Material for making Militex bags:
- Ultra-high-density polyethylene (UHMWPE). Please note that we do not use additional dampers in class 2 bags, only polyethylene, which ensures high quality and reliability of the product.
- Cover made of high-quality waterproof fabric - 100% nylon 170g/m2 with thermoplastic polyurethane coating;
Edge sealing - ultrasound, which firmly holds the edges of the armored package and ensures its reliability and quality. Ultrasound creates high-frequency vibrations that cause heating and melting of the material at the point of contact, forming a strong connection. A tight connection is ensured, which is important for products that must be waterproof or airtight.

A sample of a soft ballistic package withstood a shot with a 7.62×25 mm bullet with a steel non-heat-strengthened core in a steel jacket clad with tompak, a pistol cartridge 57-N-134s (TT pistol) in accordance with the requirements of Table 1, Clause 6.1.2 (under normal operating conditions), 7.1.1 of DSTU 8782:2018 “Personal protective equipment. Body armor. Classification. General technical conditions. Amendment No. 1” for protection class 2.

In addition to bullets and fragments specified in DSTU and STANAG, it protects against small fragments and secondary impact elements.
