KIBORG Gen.2 + MILITEX set - a mobile solution for personal protection

The KIBORG Gen.2 + MILITEX kit is designed as a compact and reliable rapid response kit: two KIBORG Gen.2 camber bands (Multicam / Pixel) combined with two MILITEX soft ballistic packs. The solution is intended for tactical units, security structures, volunteer groups and civilian users who need certified, at the same time lightweight and quick-release protection.

Key features

• Instant access to the pack: the camber bands are compatible with KIBORG plate carriers with side quick release, allowing you to quickly remove or install the pack in the field.
• Ergonomics and quick extraction: internal pockets are designed for 30.5 × 13.5 cm bags; embossed areas and shape provide a secure grip.
• Durable materials: main fabric — Cordura 1000D; slings are fire-resistant, do not lengthen during use; seams — Tytan series threads.

MILITEX panels are flexible, lightweight packs for wearing on the stomach, belt or inserted into a camber band. They are designed to minimize reverse deformation injuries and provide a certified basic level of protection.

• Plate material: High density UHMWPE
• Damping layer: non-woven material for energy dissipation and reduction of rebound deformation
• Cover: 100% nylon (170 g/m²) with TPU coating - waterproof and abrasion-resistant; edges are ultrasonically sealed
• Weight of one package: approximately 440 g

Certification and testing

Each kit comes with a copy of the DSTU test report . MILITEX packages have been tested according to DSTU 8782:2018 standard and withstand:

• firing with a 9×18 mm bullet (PM, cartridge 57-N-181s)
• firing with a 9×19 mm Luger bullet (full metal casing) according to energy requirements
• maximum permissible reverse deformation - up to 20 mm (1st protection class according to DSTU 8782:2018)

It is possible to manufacture packages of non-standard sizes to order.

We also test our Class 1 ballistic packages according to international NATO STANAG V-50 standards, where the penetration rate is exactly +-606.6 m/s.

In addition to bullets and fragments specified in DSTU and STANAG, it protects against small fragments and secondary impact elements.
