The KIBORG camber belt set is a thoughtful solution for quick and convenient carrying of additional ballistic panels and equipment. Fully compatible with KIBORG plate carriers with side quick releases. Ideal for operational use, security, tactical missions and field conditions.
Briefly about the main thing
- The set includes 2 cummerbunds with internal pockets for ballistic bags (pocket size 30.5 × 13.5 cm) and 2 soft Militex ballistic bags (2nd protection class).
- Made from the same materials as KIBORG plate carriers - reliability and compatibility are guaranteed.
- Available in cartoon and pixel colors.
Camerbands (advantages and design)
- Fully compatible with KIBORG plate carriers with side quick-releases (Quick-Release Gen.2).
- Materials: main fabric - wear-resistant Cordura 1000D; fire-resistant, non-elongating polyamide slings; Tytan series threads.
- Accessories: high-quality quick-release buckles with pullers for quick and easy release; reinforced straps and seams.
- Design: internal pocket for a 30.5×13.5 cm ballistic bag; ergonomic shape for a secure fit; edge finishing for durability.
- Comfort and reliability: rubberized or reinforced contact points, belt/lock attachment, possibility of mounting on tripod plate carrier systems.
Militex ballistic bags (2nd protection class)
- Purpose: soft, flexible and lightweight panels for protection against gun bullets, small fragments and secondary impact elements (concrete, glass fragments, etc.).
- Protective layer material: UHMWPE (ultra-high molecular weight high-density polyethylene). No additional dampers are used.
- Cover: 100% nylon, density 170 g/m² with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) coating - waterproof and wear-resistant.
- Manufacturing method: precise laser cutting of materials; ultrasonic sealing of the edges of the cover - strong and tight connection.
- Dimensions (pockets): 30.5 × 13.5 cm (parameter for a plate carrier).
- Weight of one package: 280 g.
- Testing and certification: the package withstood a bullet of 7.62×25 mm (TT pistol, cartridge 57-N-134s) according to the requirements of DSTU 8782:2018 for the 2nd class of protection. A copy of the test certificate is included in each package.
- Note on protection: Class 2 is the standard classification according to DSTU for laboratory samples measuring 400×400 mm; indicators may vary depending on the shape and size of a specific package, so the backface signature may differ.
