Complex dome multi-band EW device “Dandelion” designed to significantly increase the percentage of vehicles' rolling stock surviving a kamikaze drone attack.
Each unit has a separate housing, antenna, and two through connectors for connecting power from a 24 volt 24 a/h LiFePo4 battery pack. Power is supplied only from the portable battery pack, which is included in the kit and is not expected from the vehicle's network.
Operating time from one pack is 2.5 hours:
- If the temperature is below 10°C and the object is moving - everything is OK, we work and do not worry.
- If the temperature is below 10°C and the object is not moving - everything is OK, we work but keep an eye on the time
- If the temperature is above 10°C and the object is moving - everything is OK, we work and do not worry. Do not use the device for more than 25 minutes. Then you need to let the device cool down.
- If the temperature is above 10°C and the object is not moving - everything is OK, we work but keep an eye on the time. Do not use the device for more than 15-20 minutes of continuous operation and then let the device cool down.
The antenna on each block is designed for a specific frequency that it suppresses and is not removable. This eliminates the possibility of connecting the unit without an antenna, which almost always leads to burnout of the amplification elements in the electronic module of the suppression unit. The "Dandelion" complex uses clover and quadrufilar antennas, which do not have vulnerable zones, unlike collinear "pins" that have a vulnerable "hole" above the object of protection.
The housing blocks have neodymium magnets in their design, which allow you to quickly mount the protection on a vehicle in 5 minutes. Dismantling is also very fast. The housing of each unit is moisture-proof and resistant to weather conditions and cold, but not airtight! They have drainage and ventilation holes for air circulation inside the housing. Do not immerse in water! Do not place on the ground where there is water! The power supply unit with the battery must be stored in the transport cabin, it is not moisture-resistant.

If you have a single-block suppression complex, then the package comes without a block
control only one battery and a charger for the block.
If you have a two-block complex, then the package already has a control unit,
two batteries and a charger for the unit.
If you have a complex of three units, then the equipment already has a control unit,
two batteries, and a charger for the unit.
Purpose
Protection of "stubble" vehicles, small armored vehicles, large armored vehicles. Can be used to defend small observation posts as a "trench EW" observing the temperature regimes described above.
Can be used in the defense of mobile small artillery units, provided that they are moving and not standing still and observing the temperature regime described above.
