Description of the Naturehike CNK2450WS044 folding IXPE mat, aluminum foil, 195x60x1.8 cm, olive green:
The Naturehike CNK2450WS044 mat unfolds to a size of 195 x 60 cm and is suitable for arranging a place for one person. The model can be used as a separate mat for relaxation or a lining for a sleeping bag.
The mat is universal for any type of outdoor recreation and is especially relevant in changeable and wet weather. If you place it between the ground and the sleeping bag, you can reduce the rate of natural heat loss, smooth out surface irregularities and protect against moisture rising from the ground.
The structure consists of 2 layers:
- Main layer made of IXPE. High-density polyethylene foam has excellent elasticity and wear resistance. It is resistant to compression, does not crush and does not pass under the weight of a person.
- The bottom layer is aluminum foil coating. The film prevents heat loss when in contact with the cold ground, contributing to a comfortable and healthy sleep in the cool season. The layer also serves as an additional barrier against moisture and dirt, increasing the service life of the product.
Due to the thickness of 1.8 cm, the mat insulates from small irregularities and stones, allowing you to relax even when resting on a relief surface. The folding design allows you to quickly unfold the mat and fold it back. The shape is convenient for fixing on the outside of the backpack.
The mat weighs 400 g and takes up only 60 x 14 x 12.5 cm when folded. The kit includes a carrying case and straps for fixing.
