Description of the Fenix ALG-03V20 helmet mount for Fenix flashlights:
The Fenix company is concerned that using its products is always convenient and pleasant. To this end, it develops various types of accessories to help flashlight owners. The Fenix ALG-03 V2.0 mount is designed to be used as an addition to a helmet-mounted headlamp. It takes into account the small features of using a headlamp.
Due to the thickening of the blow-off sponge, which is located at the base of the mount, it fits well with various helmets and helmets. The mount provides a fairly rigid fixation and literally becomes one with the helmet. The flashlight sits tightly on it, but it is difficult to get it to use separately if necessary.
Two special adhesive surfaces are used to fix the ALG-03 V2.0: 3M and Tesa. One of them is glued to the base of the mount, and the other to the helmet. Then both surfaces are connected and pressed tightly against each other. They must be left in this position for 72 hours so that the mounting elements gain stability and can last as long as possible.
During operation, the headband can be rotated in the mount, removed and reinstalled. At the same time, it will not slip, as is possible with a conventional headband, will not accidentally fall off, and will always remain in the position desired by the flashlight holder.
