Straps for Militex shoulder harness system (RPS)
Design. The shoulder straps have a backpack design with a MOLLE system on the back for attaching additional equipment. They have an internal damping layer of 5 mm thick foam and a soft 3D mesh for ventilation. The straps have 5 rows of MOLLE on the back and 4 on the front. The chest connection strap allows you to adjust the width of the straps.
There is an evacuation handle reinforced with a 2.5mm webbing.
The structure is trimmed with edging tape along the perimeter.
Hardware: WJ.
All seams are reinforced on a stitching machine.
External material:
- high-strength and wear-resistant Cordura® 1000D NYLON Brookwood® MultiCam®;
- reinforced webbing straps with Original MultiCam woven tape.
Inner material: 3mm thick 3D mesh - allows moisture to drain and prevents chafing.
Filler. Inside the shoulder straps, to provide additional cushioning, there is 5 mm thick Polyfoam.
Fixation: The straps have 2 attachment options, they can be attached to any belts that have basic fixation elements in the upper part of the structure. The ends of the straps are a 2.5 cm wide belt sling.
To connect the straps to the belt, additional 2.5 cm double-slot WJ buckles are used, or plastic frames with a lock from the Japanese manufacturer WJ in the form of a D-ring, which serve as a connecting element (i.e. you can choose the attachment that suits your belt by simply removing the drawstring).
