The Fenix E05R flashlight model is a small and fairly light mini-keychain. One of the specific features of this attractive flashlight is that the body is presented in three different shades. Namely, in black, green and bronze colors. The flashlight not only performs a decorative function, but also gives its owner the largest light flux of 400 lumens. At the same time, the light beam extends to a distance of 64 meters. This flashlight uses a Cree XP-G2 S3 LED, white lighting. Power is supplied from a built-in Li-polymer battery with a capacity of 320 mAh.

There is a hidden micro-USB port for charging. There is also a high-performance lens with a full reflective coating. There is a metal button to turn the flashlight on and off, as well as to select the mode. Four different brightness levels.

Flashlight control

To turn the Fenix E05R on or off, press and hold the side switch for half a second. To select a mode when the flashlight is on, press the side button once. This will allow you to activate the mode: minimum→medium→maximum. If you need to use instant Turbo, you need to press and hold the side switch for 1.2 seconds, if you release it, it will return to the minimum mode.

To lock the model, just press the button twice for half a second when it is off. The model flashes twice in the minimum mode, showing that it is locked. To unlock, you need to press the button twice for half a second - the flashlight will unlock and turn on in the minimum mode.

Mode

• Turbo. In this mode, the flashlight is able to emit the maximum brightness value, 400 lumens. The beam range reaches 64 meters. The intensity of the light flux is 1046 candelas.
• Maximum. The luminous flux is 150 lumens, shines for 55 minutes, the beam range is 40 meters. The luminous flux intensity is 412 candelas.
• Average. The brightness of the lighting reaches 25 lumens. The duration of the glow in this mode is five hours. The beam range reaches 17 meters. The intensity of the luminous flux is 72 candelas.
• Minimal. The luminous flux is 3 lumens. The duration of the glow is 30 hours. It shines at a distance of 8 meters. The intensity of the lighting is 15 candelas.

It should be remembered that the given parameters of the model's glow were obtained during laboratory experiments. For this, a built-in Li-polymer 320 mAh battery was used, the air temperature reached 21±3°C and the humidity was 50% - 80%. The actual performance of the flashlight may vary depending on the environmental conditions and batteries.

The model's housing is protected from overheating by default. During operation, the model accumulates a lot of thermal energy, and heating is a threat to normal functioning. Therefore, when the temperature reaches more than 60 degrees, the brightness of the flashlight is automatically reduced. When the temperature drops below 60 degrees, you can return to the maximum mode.

The flashlight's housing is made of durable A6061-T6 aluminum. Housing coating: premium HAIII hard anodizing, resistant to abrasive influences. The dimensions of the model are 68*15.3*15 millimeters. The weight is 24 grams. The flashlight withstands a fall from a height of one meter. The standard of protection against dust and moisture – IP68.
