The Fenix E05R model is a compact and fairly lightweight flashlight in the form of a mini-keychain. One of the interesting features of the models is that the flashlight body comes in three different shades. Namely, in black, green and bronze colors. The flashlight not only performs a decorative function, but also guarantees the User the largest light flux of 400 lumens. At the same time, the beam distance reaches 64 meters. The model uses a Cree XP-G2 S3 LED, white lighting. Power is supplied by a built-in Li-polymer battery with a capacity of 320 mAh.

A hidden micro-USB port is used for charging. A high-performance lens with a full reflective coating is also provided. There is a metal button to turn the device on and off, as well as to select the mode. Four different modes of operation of the flashlight.

Lamp control

To turn the keychain model on or off, you need to press and hold the side button for half a second. To select a mode when the flashlight is on, press the side switch once. This will allow you to activate the mode: minimum→medium→maximum. If you need to use the instant Turbo, you need to press and hold the side button for 1.2 seconds, if you release it, you will return to the minimum mode.

To lock the model, when it is off, press the button twice for half a second. The flashlight will blink twice in minimum mode, showing that it is locked. To unlock, press the button twice within half a second - the flashlight will unlock and turn on in minimum mode.

Mode

• Turbo. Here the highest brightness of lighting is possible, 400 lumens. The beam range is 64 meters. The intensity of the luminous flux reaches 1046 candelas.
• Maximum. The luminous flux is 150 lumens, works for 55 minutes, the beam range is 40 meters. The flux intensity reaches 412 candelas.
• Average. The brightness of the lighting is 25 lumens. The duration of the glow in this mode is five hours. The beam range is 17 meters. Flux intensity - 72 candela.
• Minimal. The brightness of the lighting is three lumens. Operating time - 30 hours. Shines at a distance of 8 meters. The lighting intensity is 15 candela.

* It should be mentioned that the above parameters of the model were obtained during laboratory experiments. For this purpose, a built-in Li-polymer 320 mAh battery was used, the air temperature reached 21±3°C and humidity 50% - 80%. The actual performance of the flashlight may be different depending on the environmental conditions and batteries.

The model body has overheating protection by default. During lighting, the flashlight accumulates a lot of thermal energy, and heating can interfere with normal operation. Therefore, when the temperature reaches more than 60 degrees, the brightness of the model is automatically reduced. When the temperature drops below 60 degrees, you can return to the maximum mode again.

The flashlight body is made of durable A6061-T6 aluminum. Housing coating: premium HAIII hard anodizing, resistant to abrasive influences. The dimensions of the flashlight are 68*15.3*15 millimeters. The weight is 24 grams. The flashlight can easily withstand a fall from a height of one meter. The standard of protection against dust and moisture – IP68.
