Fenix LR50R Control

The LR50R model is controlled by two buttons. The right button is needed to turn the flashlight on and off, as well as to select a mode from the main group. It should be emphasized that such data on the operation of the flashlight were obtained during laboratory testing of the Fenix LR50R. Under the following conditions: temperature 21 plus or minus three degrees and humidity 50-80 percent. Battery charge level indicator

The flashlight has a function to determine the charge level. Thanks to it, you can always see how much charge is left and whether it is necessary to charge the battery. When the model is turned off, press any switch once, the battery status will be displayed for a few seconds. If four indicators are lit blue, this means that the battery is 80-100 percent charged. If three indicators are lit blue, then the charge, respectively, is 60-80 percent. If two indicators are lit blue, then the charge is 40-60 percent. One lit blue indicator indicates that the battery is 20-40 percent charged. And at a critical charge level of 0-20 percent, one indicator flashes blue.

This option works only with the Fenix ARB-L52-16000 battery, which is included in the set with the flashlight.

The model also has an important function that prevents overheating of the illuminated object or surface. If the flashlight illuminates a space at a close distance (6 centimeters or closer), the brightness is reduced to Eco mode by default. If the flashlight is removed from the illuminated object, the brightness returns to the original mode that was before. Note that the distance at which this option is active may vary, since different objects reflect light differently.
