Defender series is one of the most famous lines of tactical products from Mactronic. The Mactronic Defender (400 Lm + IR 940 nm) Infrared tactical flashlight is a compact and lightweight, long-range and reliable tactical flashlight, with a built-in IR diode with a wavelength of 940 nm. This wavelength is optimal for improving performance, increasing range and obtaining a higher-quality night image in night vision devices, while keeping the glow of the flashlight itself invisible to humans. Mactronic Defender is widely used in the army, law enforcement agencies, hunting and industry.

This model is able to effectively illuminate the area at a distance of up to 132 meters, or enhance the image quality of all types of night vision devices, especially older generations. The modern CREE XP-L HD LED has a service life of over 50,000 hours and an available brightness of at least 400 lumens. And the included CR123A battery provides more than 18 hours of continuous operation in the economical white light mode or up to 80 hours in the economical IR mode. In addition, the alternative power supply systemDSS™ allows you to use a 18650 (3.7V Li-ion) battery with a large capacity.

The flashlight has 4 operating modes, including: two brightness modes of the white diode, and two brightness modes of the IR diode.

The flashlight's power button is located on the end of the case. When pressed, the maximum brightness mode is turned on. Brightness adjustment is performed by pressing this button again. Switching between the white diode and the IR diode is done by turning the head of the flashlight clockwise or counterclockwise.

Mactronic Defender has the necessary modern protective electronics and a number of design solutions that allow you to protect the flashlight from the effects of powerful recoil, short circuit, overheating, mechanical damage or moisture ingress. The body of this model is made of anodized aluminum, provides moisture protection according to the IPX7 standard (protection against immersion in water for up to 30 minutes to a depth of more than 1 m) and shock resistance when falling from a height of up to 1.2 m onto concrete. The double spring will securely hold the battery and prevent loss of contact during shock or recoil when shooting. The flashlight is equipped with a set of CR123A batteries and comes in a gift box with a magnetic lock. Each Mactronic Defender tactical flashlight has its own individual serial number engraved on the body, which simplifies quality control at all stages from production to operation.
