Hawke Endurance ED Marine 7x42 with rangefinder reticle and built-in compass is a marine monocular that is specially designed for extreme conditions, but is perfect for universal use in any environment. It combines advanced System H5 optical technology and a reliable design, providing exceptional observation capabilities.
The basis of this model is the Roof optical design using BAK4 prisms. The monocular is equipped with low-dispersion ED glass, which provides high contrast and image clarity. Each optical surface of the monocular is completely covered with multilayer illumination, which guarantees minimal light loss and maximum light transmission. A special phase-correction coating and mirror silver on the prism eliminate distortion and provide high clarity even in poor lighting conditions. Thanks to these technologies, the monocular guarantees excellent image quality and stunning detail even at long distances.
Resistance to moisture and weather conditions is one of the main advantages of this monocular. The IP67 protection level guarantees complete waterproofness and allows you to use it in rainy or humid conditions, as well as in the marine environment. The monocular is filled with nitrogen, which prevents fogging of internal surfaces and ensures reliable operation even during sudden temperature changes. The monocular body is made of durable polycarbonate and has a rubber coating, which gives it additional strength and protects against impacts.
The compact size and light weight make this monocular an ideal companion for travel and outdoor activities. It easily fits in a pocket or backpack, ready to use at any time. The rotating and sliding eyepiece and the upward focus wheel provide convenience and accuracy of adjusting the image with one hand.
The rangefinder reticle in milliradians is used to calculate the distance between you and the object you are looking at. This can be very important in marine conditions.
Please note that the compass is set for northern hemisphere latitudes (Europe and the USA), so it may seem slightly out of focus when used outside these regions.
The monocular comes with eyepiece and objective caps with a mount on the body, as well as a tight case with a side mesh pocket. There is also a neck strap in a conspicuous yellow color that does not sink in water. In addition, the monocular is equipped with a ¼"-20 UNC tripod thread, which allows you to install it in a stable position for long-term observation.
