Description of the MINOX MD 7x42 C Black monocular
The MINOX MD 7x42 C monocular with a built-in analog compass is a unique optical instrument for conducting the widest range of observations. It will be useful not only for observations in clear weather, but also in extremely poor lighting conditions, for example, at dusk. The advanced functions of the MD 7X42 C model allow you not only to navigate the terrain, but also to calculate the distance to the object and its dimensions.
The monocular body is completely waterproof and is not afraid of direct immersion in water to a depth of up to 5 meters. Nitrogen filling effectively resists the formation of condensation on the internal parts of the optical elements during a sharp change in ambient temperature. The rubberized coating of the body protects the monocular from minor scratches and minor mechanical damage during operation, and also prevents the device from slipping out of even wet hands. The optical scheme of the monocular is based on Roof prisms, which allowed to increase the power of the monocular without changing its dimensions. The small size and convenient location of the focusing mechanism allow you to observe and simultaneously control the settings with one hand. The exit pupil distance of 20.5 mm allows you to observe without holding the monocular close to your eye. You can comfortably use the device without removing both sunglasses and prescription glasses.
The monocular is equipped with a 42-millimeter fast lens. All optical elements have a multilayer anti-reflective coating.
