Description of the Roxon H1 multitool hammer, black:
The H1 multitool from Roxon is the first functional model of the brand with the main tool in the form of a hammer. The accessory will come in handy in everyday life, in repair work in the garage or for professional purposes, when there is a need for a large number of tools, but there is no way to carry a full set with a lot of weight.
17 functions in one multitool
The main tool of the Roxon H1 is a nail hammer, which allows you to hammer in or pull out a nail from any material. The user can open the hammer head, in the center of which there is a number of other tools: blades for cutting wires and denser elements, regular pliers and reinforced Lineman pliers. There is also a through hole in the headband that functions as a wrench.
Four auxiliary tools are integrated into the tail of the handle: a Drop Point blade with a straight cutting edge, a mini saw with serrator sharpening, one element with a built-in stripper, a can opener and a flat screwdriver, as well as a nail file with a Phillips screwdriver tip. Each of the elements can be removed from the handle with one hand and locked until it clicks so that they do not close during use and do not injure your hand.
A nice bonus of the design is the presence of a 9-centimeter ruler on the handle.
Another small accessory is hidden in the retractable handle - a magnesium flint. Unlike ferrocerium analogues, this flint does not require tinder to light a fire and is suitable for use in any weather.
Only wear-resistant materials in production
5Cr15MoV steel is used in the production of the main tools of the multitool and is highly resistant to wear and oxidation. The metal contains about 15% chromium, which makes the material rust-proof and resistant to destruction under impact loads. To extend the service life of tools made of this steel grade, there is no need for specialized care. It is enough to monitor the cleanliness of the multitool after use: remove dirt and drops of liquid from the surface.
Small elements are made of another steel - AISI 420. It is more ductile and at the same time boasts resistance to rust and extremely high temperatures.
Black ABS plastic pads are fixed on the handle. This is a dense composite made of fiberglass impregnated with epoxy resins. Under pressure and heat, the resin hardens and forms a material that is not afraid of impacts during operation and does not change shape and color if drops of acid or gasoline get on the surface.
Easy to use and easy to carry
Despite the large number of integrated tools, the Roxon H1 multitool is comfortable to hold in your hand thanks to the textured pads on the handle. Its width does not exceed 22.4 millimeters. The dimensions of the open model are 148.3 x 100.9 millimeters, and in the closed position these parameters are 151.5 x 79 millimeters.
The accessory weighing 268.9 grams can be carried in a pocket of clothing. An alternative carrying option is a nylon case, with which the tool is easily fixed on a belt.
