Sea to Summit Alto TR2 Plus 2-Person Tent
The Alto TR2 PLUS 2-Person Semi-Autonomous Tent is an ultralight tent that combines space and comfort, earning the title of best-in-class for three-season camping. The PLUS model has a fabric inner tent.
Ventilation.
Apex Vent
The oversized Apex Vent, located at the top of the tent, effectively removes rising warm air and moisture, preventing the buildup of condensation. Unlike most vents, the Apex Vent does not require a mesh panel to maintain tension along the entire length, providing improved airflow by up to 70%. Combined with the Baseline vents and large doors, the Apex Vent helps achieve exceptional airflow throughout the tent – and can be adjusted (or closed) from inside the tent. Control airflow to control humidity and condensation in humid conditions by opening or closing the Baseline vents in the tent. Rotate one of the Baseline vents upwind for optimal airflow while keeping water out. Combined with the Apex vents and large doors, the Baseline Vent helps achieve exceptional climate control and airflow in our tents - and can be adjusted (or closed) from inside the tent.
Versatility.
Change the tent settings to suit your needs and conditions. Depending on the weather conditions, the tent can be set up without the tent or vice versa, you can set up the tent without the tent.
Convenient storage system.
This modular storage system allows you to share the load between your campmates or in your own backpack, boat or bike. The covers included in this smart system serve a dual purpose. Clip them onto the mounting points in your tent to create our light-diffusing light panel and extra storage space.
Light strip.
The peg cover works as a light strip, turning your headlamp into a tent light. It attaches to the ceiling with special clips and features a light-diffusing material that creates a warm, diffused light.
Quickly adjust the tent legs.
Attach the width with one hand with ourQuick Connect tent legs. Adjust internal tension, post spacing, and position on rocky or unyielding ground with our adjustable marking points.
DAC Poles.
DAC custom-builds poles from the highest quality alloy using precision processes. The Sea to Summit uses a combination of Featherlite NSL, NFL, and PRESSFIT pillars in various sizes to add rigidity and strength where it's needed most. The eco-friendly DAC anodizing process uses fewer toxic chemicals and water than traditional methods.

Materials used in the Telos TR2 Plus tent:
- 15D fabric with a silicone and polyester-polyurethane (Sil-PeU) coating provides excellent hydrolytic stability and long-lasting waterproof performance.
- Waterproofness of the tent 1200 mm 15D and a bottom 2500 mm 20D, both with fully taped and waterproof seams.
- DAC Featherlite NFL and PRESSFIT pole sections of varying diameters for maximum strength at minimum weight.
- Strong 7075-T6 aluminum alloy lightweight tent pegs provide secure hold with a special TriPoint design with multiple notches.
- Easily adjustable ground control guy lines with quick-release V-loops can be attached or removed from multiple guy loops to suit wind conditions.

How to use and care for your tent
- Place it as far away from the fire as possible. Do not use the burner in the tent.
- On a hard, abrasive surface, place a footprint under the tent to protect against cuts and punctures.
- Fix it with pegs and guy ropes regardless of wind strength. Tighten evenly and not too tightly.
- Shake and dry well (from dew, rain, condensation) before storing in a cover.
- Regularly inspect for damage and immediately repair (at least temporarily).
- At home, thoroughly clean from dirt. First with a soft dry brush, then with a damp sponge.
- To remove stubborn stains, use a tent and awning cleaner.
- If necessary, renew the waterproof layer with a special impregnation (for example, Grangers Tent And Gear Repel Spray).
- You cannot wash the tent in a machine or by hand in hot water with ordinary detergent, bleach, dry in a dryer, or on a battery.
- Store the tent (absolutely dry!) in a dark, ventilated place, preferably unfolded.
