The differences between this model and the previous ones are the presence of rigid poles and legs that raise the victim above the surface by about 15 centimeters, rigid handles for transportation. These are not hinges, but full-fledged, durable handles with an ergonomic design that allow two people to carry the victim. The handles of the NAR Talon II Model 90C can be folded when they are not needed, which will save free space in the cabins of evacuation vehicles or helicopters. The handles have a locking mechanism that fixes them in the unfolded state. The main surface of the NAR Talon II Model 90C, consisting of four sections, is made of durable polymer material with a volumetric weave. Thanks to the weave and use of polymer, the surface of the stretcher does not absorb water or fluids from the victim's body. With its relative lightness, the NAR Talon II Model 90C is able to hold almost half a ton of weight, which is more than enough to transport large victims, even with additional equipment (according to the manufacturer). For additional comfort and reliability, the NAR Talon II Model 90C is equipped with two adjustable slings with large fastex, they can be used to fix the victim in the chest area and just above the knee.
