The Crossbow series of goggles embodies all the advanced technologies in the field of manufacturing protective optics and is rightfully considered one of the best models of ballistic goggles from ESS worldwide. As part of the ESS Cross-Series, all components of the Crossbow model are compatible and interchangeable with the ESS Crosshair and ESS Suppressor series models.
The frame of the goggles has a patented Tri-Tech Fit system, which fixes the goggles on the head at three points, thereby reducing the pressure on the head to almost zero. The polycarbonate lenses have a special ClearZone FlowCoat coating, which is applied to prevent scratches and fogging of the lenses. The lenses do not distort the image thanks to ESSOptics technology and offer a crystal clear view. They also provide 100% UVA/UVB spectrum filtration. The lenses are attached to the frame using the DedBolt Lens Lock system, which securely fixes them and allows for quick replacement.
The ESS Crossbow series ballistic glasses comply with ANSI Z87.1 and EN 166 ballistic certificates. Some models also have their own MIL-PRF type certificates.
