Wide tactical belt of anatomical shape Kiborg R-1 

made of the most modern high-quality materials and modeled taking into account all the necessary functionality for use in combat conditions.

The tailoring is made to the anatomy of the operator's body. The belt is comfortable to wear and take any position when operating with weapons and pouches on it.

The main fabric is certified Cordura Nylon 1000D with a special IRR-coating, which does not contrast in night vision devices. The durable material is designed specifically for military needs, resistant to abrasion and high loads, has water-repellent qualities and is fire-resistant.

Hardware - 100% Acetal from the well-known manufacturer Woojin Plastic (South Korea). 

The inner side of the belt is made of 3D mesh generation A-1 - this mesh is light and reliable, because it is made of thin threads, which, by weaving, form a standard pattern in the form of a diamond with holes and an inner layer that absorbs shock. The inner layer has a strong base. It has a stabilized top and reliably holds its shape, providing reliable shock absorption. The mesh is stiff, so it is less susceptible to tightening than a regular 3D mesh.

Density ~280 grams/m2, this contributes to effective heat dissipation from the operator and reliable fixation on the waist.

The belt holds its shape well thanks to the rigid plastic inserts inside. At the same time, it is quite soft on the inside thanks to the use of a filler with a total thickness of 10 mm.

All inserts are cut using Laser Cut technology and have ventilation holes, this combination has made it possible to obtain excellent shock-absorbing properties and relieve the load on the body during prolonged use.

All straps are polyamide. They are extremely strong, do not stretch and do not absorb moisture. 

The main sling on the belt is 50 mm wide with fastex from Woojin Plastic (South Korea) with additional protection against accidental opening.

One of the most important features of the belt is a Velcro pocket, through which it is possible to replace the filler with anti-fragmentation ballistic package of protection class 1 according to DSTU from Militex (available, not included).

The belt has an anatomical cut and has the shape of a semi-oval, thanks to this functionality of the belt, it prevents it from falling during active movement. There are four attachment points on the upper part of the belt, which makes it possible to use it with any suspension system and turn the belt into a full-fledged RPS with sling or soft straps (also available). On the bottom there are two mounts for a tactical seat or karemata.

On the sides there are three rows of the MOLLE system for attaching pouches or additional equipment. The back part is enlarged and made with 4 rows of MOLLE, which allows you to equip the belt with the necessary equipment as much as possible. The belt is adjustable in 2 directions thanks to the special two-slot WJ fastex, and hidden two-slots in the belt itself.
