Kiborg R-1 GEN.2 RPS belt with ballistic package, 2nd protection class Militex
The Kiborg R-1 tactical belt with MILITEX ballistic package provides a high level of protection and comfort thanks to innovative materials and thoughtful design.
Materials and construction:
- Main fabric: certified Cordura Nylon 1000D with IRR coating (not contrasting in PNB), abrasion resistant, high load, water repellent and fire retardant.
- Hardware: 100% acetal Woojin Plastic (South Korea).
- Inner part: 3D mesh of generation A-1 (280 g/m²) for effective heat dissipation and stable fixation.
- Hard plastic inserts ensure shape retention.
- The filler (total thickness 10 mm) improves comfort and cushioning.
- Polyamide slings: do not stretch, do not absorb moisture.
- Main sling (50 mm) with Woojin Plastic fastex and protection against accidental opening.
Functionality: The belt has an anatomical cut in the shape of a semi-oval, which prevents it from falling during active movement. Four attachment points for suspension systems, two attachments for a seat or a car mat. Adjustment in two directions using a two-slot fastex, as well as a Velcro pocket for a ballistic package of protection class 2 (DSTU).

- Size S : 2 rows on the sides for pouches and gear; 3 rows on the back for maximum gear. (Weight: 1.24 kg)
- Size M : 3 rows on the sides for pouches and gear; 4 rows on the back for maximum gear. (Weight: 1.48 kg)
- Size L : 3 rows on the sides for pouches and gear; 4 rows on the back for maximum gear. (Weight: 1.76 kg)
Soft ballistic protection (included):
- Material: UHMWPE – high-density ultra-strong polyethylene.
- Damper: Kevlar – reduces extra-barrier trauma.
- Cover: 100% nylon 170 g/m² with polyurethane coating, ultrasonic sealing.
Ballistic properties withstand 7.62×25 mm (TT) according to DSTU 8782:2018 (2nd protection class).
We also test our Class 2 ballistic packages according to international NATO STANAG V-50 standards, where the penetration rate is exactly +-733 m/s. In addition to bullets and fragments specified in DSTU and STANAG, it protects against small fragments and secondary impact elements.
Production features:
- Laser cutting of ballistic materials with edge sealing.
- Neck protection: Spirit damper 3 mm + Polyfoam 8 mm.
- Individual production of custom-sized packages.
- Thread: reinforced Tytan threads.
- The material does not glow in the dark, does not burn out, and does not absorb lubricants.
