Kiborg R-1 tactical belt with MILITEX ballistic package
The Kiborg R-1 tactical belt is a wide, anatomically shaped tactical belt made of high-quality materials, designed for use in combat conditions.
Materials:
Main fabric: certified Cordura Nylon 1000D with a special IRR coating (does not contrast in night vision devices).
Polyamide slings: super strong, do not stretch, do not absorb moisture.
Hardware: 100% acetal Woojin Plastic (South Korea).
Anatomical cut provides comfort during movement. The inside is made of 3D mesh of generation A-1 (density 280 g/m²) for effective heat dissipation and reliable fixation. Hard plastic inserts give the belt shape, and the inside has 10 mm of filler for shock absorption. Laser Cut system with ventilation holes. 50 mm main sling with Woojin Plastic fastex, which has additional protection against accidental opening.
Four attachment points for a suspension system (RPS), two attachments for a tactical seat or a sleeping mat. Adjustment of the belt in two directions using a two-slot WJ fastex. Velcro pocket for installing a ballistic package of protection class 1 according to DSTU from MILITEX (purchased separately).

MILITEX ballistic package (1st protection class according to DSTU)
A ballistic package is a soft, flexible and lightweight panel that provides protection against pistol bullets, small fragments, etc. We also test our Class 1 ballistic packages according to the international NATO STANAG V-50 standards, where the penetration rate is exactly +-606.6 m/s.
In addition to bullets and fragments specified in DSTU and STANAG, it protects against small fragments and secondary impact elements.
UHMWPE is ultra-high molecular weight high density polyethylene.
Kevlar – used as a shock absorber to reduce extra-barrier trauma.
Cover: 100% nylon (170 g/m²) with thermoplastic polyurethane coating.
Cover sealing: ultrasonic, which ensures reliability and quality.
Certified tests:
Withstands a 9×18 mm (PM) bullet, velocity 341±1 m/s.
Withstands a 9×19 mm Luger bullet, velocity 401±1 m/s.
The maximum depth of non-obstructive deformation is 20.0 mm.
