RPS belt Kiborg R-3 GEN.2 — professional solution for unloading and mobility
RPS belt Kiborg R-3 GEN.2 — is an updated model of a tactical unloading belt, developed taking into account real combat experience. Its key task — to transfer the weight of the equipment from the back to the hips, reducing fatigue and strain on the shoulders and spine. Thanks to its anatomical shape, the belt fits perfectly to the body, does not fall down and does not interfere with movement while running, shooting or sitting for a long time.
Premium materials — strength and durability
- Cordura 1000D — ultra-durable fabric that withstands significant abrasion, mechanical damage and loads. It is this that ensures the durability of the belt in field conditions.
- All seams are reinforced with a stitching machine, which eliminates tears under the weight of the equipment.
- Reinforced threads are used in each element of the structure — for maximum reliability.
- Areas with a hidden Velcro system are additionally reinforced with a two-layer fabric (Cordura + Oxford) — this increases wear resistance at load points.
- Extended functionality: more equipment — less load
Full compatibility with the MOLLE system — The strap around the entire perimeter in several rows (3 on the side, 3 on the back) allows you to attach:
- pouches,
- first aid kits,
- stores,
- drop bags,
- holsters and more.
The hidden Velcro system allows you to securely fix equipment even without external fastening. The ability to connect shoulder straps turns the belt into a full-fledged shoulder strap system (RSS) — even more options for loading.
Compatible with Militex ballistic protection (class 1 and 2) — for added safety.
Comfort and ergonomics in detail (the inside of the belt has a 3D damping mesh with 10 mm Polyfoam inserts, which:
- reduce the pressure of the equipment on the body,
- prevent chafing,
- provide excellent ventilation even in hot weather.
Inside, flexible perforated plastic is located along the perimeter, which:
- holds the shape of the product better than classic rigid inserts,
- does not break or interfere with prolonged wearing,
- flexibility helps adapt to body movements without limiting mobility.
Adjustment and fittings — convenience and reliability
The belt is adjustable on both sides, which allows it to be adjusted exactly to the user's waist circumference.
Central fastener — buckle from Woojin Plastic, the world leader in fittings. It is resistant to shock, frost, moisture and will not let you down at the most crucial moment.
