The Kiborg R-3 GEN.2 RPS belt is an updated model of a tactical unloading belt, developed taking into account real combat experience. Its key task is to transfer the weight of the equipment from the back to the hips, reducing fatigue and strain on the shoulders and spine. Due to its anatomical shape, the belt fits perfectly to the body, does not fall off and does not interfere with movement while running, shooting or prolonged sitting.

Premium materials - strength and durability

• Cordura 1000D is a super-durable fabric that can withstand significant abrasion, mechanical damage, and stress, ensuring the belt's durability in the field.

• All seams are reinforced with a stitching machine, which eliminates tears under the weight of the equipment.

• Reinforced threads are used in every structural element for maximum reliability.

• Areas with hidden Velcro system are additionally reinforced with two-layer fabric (Cordura + Oxford) - this increases wear resistance at load points.

Full compatibility with the MOLLE system - the sling around the entire perimeter in several rows (3 on the side, 4 on the back) allows you to attach:

Hidden Velcro system allows you to securely fix equipment even without external fastening. The ability to connect shoulder straps turns the belt into a full-fledged shoulder harness (RSS) - even more load options. Compatible with Militex ballistic protection (class 1 and 2) - for additional safety.

The inside of the belt has a damping 3D mesh with 10 mm Polyfoam inserts , which: reduces the pressure of the equipment on the body, prevents chafing, and provides excellent ventilation even in hot weather.

Inside along the perimeter is located flexible perforated plastic , which : keeps the shape of the product better than classic hard inserts, does not break and does not interfere with prolonged wear, flexibility helps to adapt to body movements without limiting mobility.

Adjustment and fittings - convenience and reliability: The belt is adjustable on both sides, which allows you to adjust it exactly to the user's waist size. The central fastener is a buckle from Woojin Plastic, the world's leader in fittings. It is resistant to shocks, frost, moisture and will not let you down at the most crucial moment.

Militex ballistic bags (2nd protection class)

Ballistic packages are soft, flexible and lightweight panels of various shapes that reliably protect against pistol bullets, small fragments and secondary impact elements (concrete fragments, glass, etc.).

We also test our Class 2 ballistic packages according to international NATO STANAG V-50 standards, where the penetration rate is exactly +-733 m/s. In addition to bullets and fragments specified in DSTU and STANAG, it protects against small fragments and secondary impact elements.

Material for making Militex bags:

• Ultra-high molecular weight high density polyethylene (UHMWPE). Note! Class 2 bags do not use dampers - only polyethylene, which ensures high quality and reliability.

• Cover : 100% nylon 170 g/m² with thermoplastic polyurethane coating - waterproof.

• Edge sealing - ultrasound , which guarantees tightness and reliability: the material melts and connects under the influence of high-frequency vibrations.

Resistance to damage: A sample of a soft ballistic package withstood a shot with a 7.62×25 mm bullet with a steel non-heat-strengthened core in a steel jacket clad with tompak (TT pistol, cartridge 57-N-134s), in accordance with the requirements of Table 1, clauses 6.1.2 and 7.1.1 of DSTU 8782:2018 for protection class 2 .

Note: Non-obstructive trauma may vary depending on the shape/size of the package - certification is performed on standard 400×400 mm samples.
