Water-Jel Military Tactical Burn Dressing 10 cm x 10 cm — is a compact sterile burn dressing specially designed for first aid for burns on small areas, such as the palm or back of the hand. The military version of the Water-Jel dressings features a more durable and compact packaging, and the label can be read even with night vision devices.
Water-Jel® — is a gel-impregnated sterile dressing that stops the development of burns, cools the skin, relieves pain and protects the wound from air pollution. The updated gel formula is transparent, allowing medical personnel to monitor the condition of the burn without removing the gel. Moreover, the product does not contain aromatic additives based on tea tree oil, which makes it less noticeable in military conditions and more convenient for use in hospitals.
