Water-Jel Military Tactical Burn Dressing 20 cm x 45 cm — is a large sterile burn dressing designed for first aid for burns, ideal for treating large areas such as the thigh, shoulder or back. This product is specially designed for military needs, has a more compact and durable packaging.
Water-Jel® — is a gel dressing impregnated with a sterile gel that stops the progression of burns, cools the skin, relieves pain and protects the wound from air pollution. The updated gel has a transparent formula that allows medical personnel to monitor the condition of the burn without having to remove the gel. In addition, it no longer contains tea tree oil-based fragrances, which reduces the risk of detection in military conditions and facilitates its use in hospitals.
