Description of the Vortex Crossfire Red Dot (CF-RD2):
Ultralight, ultra-compact, incredibly durable and weatherproof, allowing you to aim in an instant - all these are just general, but extremely important characteristics of the Vortex Crossfire 2 MOA (Weaver/Picatinny) red dot sight. The diameter of the aiming point is only 2 MOA, which is extremely convenient for shooting at short distances. At the same time, it has 11 brightness levels, which are quite enough to use the sight for shooting at longer distances during the day and evening. The kit includes two mountings of different heights for Weaver / Picatinny rails, allowing you to take the aiming characteristics of not only a pistol, but also a smooth-bore shotgun or automatic rifle to a new level.

Unlimited distance from the eyes - no matter how far you take your eyes away from the collimator, you will quickly and accurately track each target.
Waterproof - means that the sight is sealed with O-rings and is protected from moisture penetration according to the international class IPX7. Immersion in liquid for 30 minutes to a depth of 1 meter will not cause the device the slightest damage and will not affect its functionality. Such optics are not afraid of any weather conditions.
Fogproof means that the housing is filled with an inert gas from the inside, which eliminates the condensation of moisture on the internal surfaces during temperature drops. As a result, the optics do not fog up from the inside, and there is no corrosion of materials under the influence of moisture. The device is purged with an inert gas, as a result of which the air is displaced in this case by nitrogen, which does not contain water vapor and does not condense on the internal surfaces of the optics.
