The Leupold Mark 5HD 2-10x30 mm optical scope is incredibly accurate, lightweight and is an example of military traditions. The aluminum body provides excellent durability and strength without adding unnecessary weight. The Leupold Mark 5HD 2-10x30 mm is a modern optical scope that expands the capabilities of tactical carbines. A three-turn barrel provides adjustment of 34.9 MIL in 0.1 MIL increments. The ZeroLock system ensures that the barrel does not move during impact.
The ZeroStop system creates a lock when the dial is returned to the zero position, so you will not accidentally turn the dial a full turn in the wrong direction. A versatile 5:1 magnification ratio gives you the perfect balance between magnification and field of view. Built on Leupold’s professional-grade optics, the Mark 5HD offers unmatched light transmission designed to excel in the most challenging lighting conditions. Industry-leading glare suppression delivers a clear image in direct, direct light, while the resolution and sharpness will satisfy the demands of any professional shooter. With an ergonomic design, plenty of tactile and audible clicks, large numbers, and a high-speed multi-function lever, the Mark 5HD allows you to shoot accurately faster.
The FFP TMR first focal plane reticle uses 0.5 MIL-spaced reticles, transitioning to 0.2 MIL-spaced reticle at the edges of the reticle, instead of dots for increased range and target retention accuracy. The reticle provides aiming points for wind and bullet drop compensation. MIL-compliant systems are the current military standard. The reticle has 7 levels of illumination. The CR2032 battery life is 96 to 1800 hours, depending on the intensity mode. Motion Sensor Technology (MST) extends battery life by automatically turning off the reticle illumination after five minutes of inactivity, then instantly re-enabling it when motion is detected.
Leupold has developed state-of-the-art waterproof and fog-proof technology using advanced internal gases and sealing methods that withstand extreme temperatures, altitude changes, and shocks, so the optics' internals stay dry and crystal clear throughout their lifespan.
The scope kit includes lens and eyepiece caps, a sunshade that protects from direct sunlight, a hex wrench, a CR2032 battery, a user manual, and a Leupold logo sticker. The scope is designed, manufactured, and assembled in the USA.
