The Mark 5HD 7-35x56 mm riflescope provides the magnification needed to shoot at distances that modern precision rifles can shoot. Built on Leupold's professional-grade optical system, the Mark 5HD 7-35x riflescope provides unrivaled light transmission designed to work in the most challenging lighting conditions. Industry-leading glare suppression provides a clear image in direct direct light, and the resolution and clarity will satisfy the demands of any professional scout or shooter in the field. The Mark 5HD with three-turn elevation adjustment was designed to make the most of the latest long-range rifles and cartridges. The scope features an ergonomic design with more tactile, audible adjustment clicks, large numbers, and a high-speed multi-function lever, so you can fire accurately at range faster.
ZeroLock prevents accidental adjustments and ensures accurate zero return. ZeroStop creates a lock when the dial is returned to the zero position, so you won’t accidentally turn the dial a full turn in the wrong direction. The versatile 5:1 magnification ratio allows you to adjust the magnification to find the perfect balance between magnification and field of view for any situation. The higher the zoom ratio, the more versatile the scope can be. Lateral parallax adjustment adjusts the scope’s parallax, making the reticle clearer and less noticeable when shooting at different distances.
The Mark 5HD 7-35x56mm riflescope uses a first focal plane (front focal plane) reticle - the reticle zooms in and out with the same precision as the target as you adjust the magnification. This allows for precise use of the reticle functionality at any magnification. The first focal plane reticle is ideal for tactical situations and can aid in rangefinding for hunters and shooters. The reticle represents an extension of the existing MIL Dot reticle design and uses grid marks instead of dots to increase range and accuracy of aiming. The TMR reticle provides aiming points for wind and bullet drop compensation, regardless of caliber.
The grid marks are spaced 0.5 MIL apart, transitioning to 0.2 MIL at the edges of the reticle. MIL-based systems are the current military standard. A unique combination of features, durability, and professional-grade optics ensure the Mark 5HD will take on any challenge. It is 100% waterproof and fog-proof, and like all Leupold riflescopes, the Mark 5HD 7-35x56 is designed, manufactured, and assembled in the USA.
