Kiborg R-1 GEN.2 harness (S) Pixel

Tactical belt Kiborg R-1 GEN.2 — is a functional, anatomical element of military equipment, created using modern materials for combat conditions. Thanks to the well-thought-out design, the belt provides maximum comfort, ease of wearing and the ability to integrate with additional systems.

Materials and construction

• The main fabric,  certified Cordura Nylon 1000D with IRR coating, which makes the belt invisible to night vision devices. The fabric is resistant to abrasion, high loads, fire retardant and water repellent.
• Hardware,  Woojin Plastic (South Korea) — durable acetal hardware, resistant to mechanical stress and extreme conditions.
• Inside,  damping 3D-mesh generation A-1 (~280 g/m²), which provides ventilation, heat dissipation, and reliable fixation at the waist.
• Filling: 10 mm thick polyfoam for additional cushioning.
• Hard plastic inserts: help maintain the shape of the belt, distribute weight, and ensure structural stability.

Features

1. Anatomical design, has a semi-oval shape, which prevents it from falling during active movement. Comfortable to wear in any position, including when working with weapons or equipment.

2. MOLLE system, the side parts are equipped with 2 rows of MOLLE slings for attaching pouches or first aid kits. The back has 4 rows of MOLLE, which allows you to equip the belt with additional equipment as much as possible.

3. Pocket for a ballistic package, Velcro pocket for integrating a ballistic package of the 1st protection class according to DSTU (from Militex, available separately).

4. Functionality, adjustment with a double-slot fastex WJ provides convenience in adjusting the belt. 4 attachment points are provided for the use of shoulder straps, which allows you to turn the belt into a full-fledged shoulder strap system (RSS). The lower mounts allow you to fix a tactical seat or a sleeping mat.

5. Additional safety, the main 50 mm wide sling has a fastex with protection against accidental opening.

Design: the straps have a backpack shape with MOLLE cells (7 rows in front, 4 rows on the back). D-rings (2 pcs. on each strap) for attaching additional equipment. The back is equipped with an evacuation handle for carrying. Fixed with a belt loop (2.5 cm) and double-slot buckles. 

Size: universal, suitable for any belts with a fixation system.
