Shipping of imported goods (not of our own production) is subject to a prepayment of 20% of the order amount.

In the event of a warranty claim, all costs of transporting the defective goods by carrier companies are paid by the store.

If the goods are returned within 14 days, all transportation costs are paid by the buyer!

For orders over 10,000 UAH (including cash on delivery), shipping is free!

The warranty for the product is provided by the manufacturer for a period of 14 days to 12 months.
The warranty period depends on the product group.

You may return or exchange purchased goods of acceptable quality within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.
