The Fenix TK17 flashlight is designed for professionals who value stable light and long-lasting performance regardless of conditions and situations.
The Cree XHP50.3 HD cold white LED is responsible for generating light. Its directional beam with a brightness of 3600 lumens covers a distance of up to 330 m, offering detailed pinpoint illumination of objects even at a very long distance.
You can use the flashlight as a handheld light source, fix it on the handlebars of a bicycle using the ALB-10 mount, or mount it on a weapon. In this case, you need to purchase one of the compatible mounts: ALG-00, ALG-15, ALG-16 or ALG-18.
In case of shooting or impact when falling, the battery compartment is supplemented with double elastic contacts that compensate for inertial loads. The steel bezel with three tungsten tips copes with breaking glass and is relevant during self-defense.
Operating modes and control features
The Fenix TK17 has 4 modes with constant light and a flashing strobe for disorienting the enemy or giving bright signals at a distance:
- Flash: 3600 lm – 27300 cd – 3 h 45 min – 330 m;
- High: 1000 lm – 7250 cd – 3 h 50 min – 170 m;
- Medium: 350 lm – 2450 cd – 8 h – 100 m;
- Low: 30 lm – 225 cd – 60 h – 30 m;
- Strobe: 3000 lm.
Please note! The operating time in Flash mode is indicated in the sum of the glow time in less bright modes. The flashlight automatically switches to lower power if the overheating protection is triggered.
Control using a double switch in the tail provides instant access to the Flash and allows you to quickly change modes with one click. For remote control, you can install an AER-05 remote button.
Power source: The Fenix TK17 comes with a very capacious battery of 6000 mAh with an operating voltage of 3.0 V - 4.2 V. The battery has an integrated USB Type-C port, which is bidirectional and allows you to charge not only the battery itself, but also third-party devices. In this way, you can use the battery as a portable Power Bank.
The flashlight has an improved charge indicator in the tail of the design. The indicator reacts to the slightest change in voltage and accurately displays the current battery capacity.
Physical parameters: The Fenix TK17 case is made of A6061-T6 aluminum alloy with matte anodizing to protect against oxidation. The metal is resistant to mechanical stress and retains its shape even after multiple falls from a height of 1 m, which is confirmed by laboratory tests.
The level of moisture protection reaches the maximum mark — IP68. This means that the device can work during heavy rainfall and when fully submerged in water to a depth of up to 2 m.
