Tourniquet “SICH” - stops bleeding by 100%, is able to block bleeding on limbs with a diameter of 5 to 40 cm, is suitable for use on children's limbs and K9. SICH is proven in combat conditions, is applied with one hand, withstands extreme loads. A unique, patented Ukrainian development, has a NATO NSN code and EU certification. Works wet, bloody, dirty, snowy, in frost and heat. A turnstile that has been included in military first aid kits of the Armed Forces of Ukraine since 2016.
