The Ember series can be used in several configurations. The easiest way to use it is with a plaid or blanket if you do not like the stiffness of a classic sleeping bag. In cool weather, you can tighten or unfasten the lower part of the quilt and form a kind of foot box. This design is ideal for use with the Sea To Summit warm inflatable mat. For a reliable connection to the mat, there are appropriate tightening and locking devices.
